Todos os valores em nosso site são em dólares americanos porem convertidos em reais na finalização do seu pedido.

Qual a taxa de câmbio utilizada?

Usamos a menor taxa do mercado! A conversão usada é: Dólar Comercial + taxa do EBANX  + 1,1% de IOF. Enquanto que nossos concorrentes usam a conversão do cartão de crédito que é a do Dólar Comercial + taxa do cartão de crédito + 6,38% de IOF. Ou seja, só na conversão você conosco 5,3% conosco!

E qual a forma de pagamento?

Você pode pagar com cartão de crédito, em até 12 x com juros.

Após o pagamento o seu pedido é postado em até 24 horas úteis, sendo o prazo de entrega conforme informado na finalização do seu pedido

E se não receber a tempo?

Os prazos informados em nosso site são conforme os prazos informados pelas Transportadoras Parceiros porem pode haver atrasos por eventos ocasionais como greve ou outros.
Se o seu chip não chegar no prazo informado e a tempo da sua viagem podemos fazer o reembolso do valor total do seu pedido, sendo o envio do chip de volta por nossa conta.
Agora, se o chip não chegar a tempo da sua viagem porem no prazo informado em nosso site no ato do seu pedido, você deverá nos enviar de volta o seu chip, sendo o custo do envio de volta por sua conta e não reembolsável.
Lembrando que após ativado não temos como reembolsar o pedido.

Devolução e Cancelamento

Posso cancelar o meu pedido?

Pode sim!
Caso o seu pedido ainda não tenha sido enviado, você pode cancelar e o valor pago será reembolsado na forma original de pagamento.
Caso o seu pedido já tenha sido enviado e o seu chip ainda não foi ativado, você precisará nos enviar de volta o seu chip.
Agora, se o seu pedido foi enviado e já foi ativado, infelizmente não temos como fazer o cancelamento do pedido pois a Operadora não aceita cancelamento da ativação, infelizmente.

SIMPREMIUM is not responsible for any third party services, including shipping and wireless functionality. Any time issues with shipping and/or wireless services occur, SIMPREMIUM will do its best to assist customers on behalf of those services providers. In persisting the issue SIMPREMIUM will offer the current Return Policy if customer requests it.

Consumer Agreement

Return Policy – Cancellation and refund 

  1. Non-activated sim cards

1.1 Before 48 hours its activation, SIMPREMIUM can cancel the order and refund the order amount deducting the shipping and handling costs when requested by the customer.

1.2 SIMPREMIUM will cancel the order and refund the total amount when The Postal Service did not deliver the order within the delivery range contracted after customer ship back simcard. Following cases not covered: wrong or insufficient address, postman not answered, order refused, not claimed, change of address, unknown, away, unknown address, postal service strike, etc.

1.3 All refunds are subject to payment method’s rule. All refunds made with EBANX can are subject to its terms 4.1 and 4.2 found on EBANX’s website. All refunds made with CAMBIO REAL, taxes on financial transactions (IOF) will be retained, therefore, they will not be returned to the User, under the terms of Brazilian farm regulations.

All requests must be sent to [email protected] before the activation date informed on the order. All requests are subjected by approval.

  1. Actived sim cards

2.1 SIMPREMIUM cannot refund an active sim card if customer do not ask to change the activation date prior 48 hours the activation date sent on the order made.

2.2 In case of malfunction customer must inform SIMPREMIUM at least 48hs after it’s activation date. If informed after this time window we can do a full refund.

2.3 All refunds are subject to payment method’s rule. All refunds made with EBANX can are subject to its terms 4.1 and 4.2 found on EBANX’s website. All refunds made with CAMBIO REAL, taxes on financial transactions (IOF) will be retained, therefore, they will not be returned to the User, under the terms of Brazilian farm regulations.

All requests must be made by the client, giving SIMPREMIUM permission to perform the deactivation and refund according to each third-party company involved. Any other channel used for communication different than our support team e-mail ([email protected]) WILL NOT be accepted to request cancelations and or refund.
